E 85 Fuels
E 85 is the term for motor fuel blends of up to 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline.
E 85 is considered an alternative fuel under federal and state laws designed to increase our domestic energy security and reduce vehicle emissions.
Ethanol is high octane, liquid, domestic, renewable fuel typically produced from corn and other grain products. Ethanol is also non-toxic, water-soluble, and biodegradable and does not contain many of the harmful carcinogens and other toxic chemicals found in gasoline.
E-85 is 105-octane fuel that performs as well or better regular gasoline.
Normally priced 30 to 40 cents a gallon less than regular gasoline.

B 20 Biodiesel Fuel
Biodiesel is a domestic, renewable fuel for diesel engines derived from natural oils like soybean oil, which meets the specifications of ASTM D 6751. Biodiesel can be used in any concentration with petroleum based diesel fuel in existing diesel engine with little or no modification. Biodiesel is not the same thing as raw vegetable oil. It is produced by a chemical process, which removes the glycerin from the oil.
The most common blend is B 20 (20% bio and 80% petro-diesel). Biodiesel produces significantly fewer emissions (unburned hydrocarbons, toxics, CO2, CO, particulates, and others), except for a slight increase in nitrogen oxides. Biodiesel is typically priced the same or up to 10 cents per gallon than petroleum diesel (other blend levels are relative to this cost comparison).
